(encéphalopathie hépatique, angiomes stellaires, ascite, varices œsophagiennes), il faut
évoquer le diagnostic d’hépar lobatum ou « pseudo-cirrhose ». Il s’agit d’une rétraction
fibreuse des sites initialement métastatiques dont l’issue est toujours défavorable, en moins
d’un mois.
